Account & Registration

Registering a won999 account is free and takes less than three minutes. Go to the Register page, enter your preferred username, active mobile number, and a strong password. You will receive an OTP code via SMS to verify your phone number. Once verified, your account is immediately ready to use with no hidden fees.

The minimum age to register and use the won999 platform is 18 years. This is a mandatory requirement that cannot be compromised in order to comply with responsible gambling regulations. Every account is subject to an identity verification (KYC) process before any withdrawal is processed.

No, each individual is only permitted to hold one active account at won999. Owning multiple accounts is a violation of the terms of use and may result in the freezing or closure of all associated accounts as well as forfeiture of any existing balances. If you are experiencing issues with your existing account, please contact our customer support for assistance.

Log in to your account and go to "Account Settings" or "My Profile". From there you can update your full name, phone number, email, and bank details. Some changes may require OTP verification or document review by our team to ensure your account's security.

KYC (Know Your Customer) is an identity verification process that requires you to submit documents such as your national ID (MyKad) or passport. This is required before your first withdrawal is processed, and it is designed to prevent misuse of the platform and protect all members from fraudulent activity. The KYC process at won999 is typically completed within 24 business hours.
Deposit & Withdrawal

won999 supports a variety of popular deposit methods in Malaysia, including online bank transfers (FPX), digital wallets such as Touch 'n Go eWallet and GrabPay, as well as over-the-counter bank deposits. All transactions are processed with 256-bit SSL encryption to ensure the security of your funds at all times.

Most deposits via FPX and digital wallets are credited to your account within 1 to 5 minutes after a successful transaction. Bank counter deposits may take up to 30 minutes depending on the bank. If your deposit has not been credited after this period, please contact our live chat support with proof of transaction.

The minimum deposit amount at won999 is RM20 for most payment methods. The maximum amount depends on your chosen method and your account's VIP level — higher VIP tiers enjoy larger daily deposit limits. For details on specific limits, visit our Deposit page or contact customer support.

Withdrawal requests that have passed KYC verification are typically processed within 15 to 60 minutes during office hours. For withdrawals made at night or over the weekend, processing may take up to 24 hours. won999 is committed to ensuring all legitimate withdrawals are processed as quickly as possible without unnecessary delays.

Withdrawals can be delayed for several reasons: KYC verification is incomplete, bonus wagering requirements have not been met, bank details do not match the account name, or your request is under routine security review. Check your request status under "Transaction History" and contact our live chat support if you need further clarification.
Bonus & Promotions

won999 offers a wide range of bonuses for both new and existing members, including:
  • Welcome Bonus for new members
  • Daily and Weekly Deposit Bonuses
  • Weekly cashback based on total losses
  • Reload Bonus for additional deposits
  • Exclusive Tournament Promotions for selected games
  • Special birthday rewards for VIP members
Check our Promotions page for a regularly updated list of the latest offers.

Each bonus has different wagering requirements depending on the type of promotion. Generally, a bonus must be wagered a specified number of times before it can be converted to cash and withdrawn. The full terms for each bonus are listed on the Promotions page. We recommend reading the terms carefully before claiming any bonus.

Generally, only one active bonus is allowed at a time unless stated otherwise in the relevant promotion's terms. Make sure you have fulfilled the wagering requirements of your current bonus before claiming a new one. If you are unsure, contact our live chat support and our team will help you plan your bonus claiming strategy correctly.

Weekly cashback is calculated based on your total net losses for the week. The cashback percentage depends on your VIP membership tier — the higher your tier, the greater the cashback you receive. Cashback is automatically credited to your account every Monday. Check the Promotions page for full details on cashback rates by VIP tier.
